How to set computer name:
open system properties, click change
Configure as above, when click OK, it will prompt you to key in administrator account for the domain and password to allow this computer to join the domain
HOW TO SET STATIC IP ADDRESS ON WINDOWS 7:
Open start menu and search for network and sharing center, open it
Click change adapter settings
Double click on Intenet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)
Configure as above then click ok
